STH 1500 S Nc Control Crankshaft Grinding Machine ; is designed for precise grinding of crankshafts and cylindrical parts and to obtain the desired size and surface quality. The main body is completely one piece, the table and the wheelhead are made of high quality gray cast iron. The pneumatic (air assisted) operation of the work heads and the ability to adjust the spindle rotation speeds to the variable speed have made the operation of the machine extremely easy. Wheelhead movement; Servo motor and ball screw system, the right and left movement of the table is made by servo motor and rack gear system.

Since the table movement speeds can be adjusted as desired, cylindrical  spindles can be grinded in the machine. All functions of the machine are done via the touch screen on the control panel. X and Y axis movements working at serial speed thanks to the joystick arms.

In addition, the manual movement of both axis is made with the handwheel encoders on the control panel and the movement of the two axis can be seen on the digital screen. In this way, it is ensured that the work is done quickly and precisely.
