STS 1300 Cylinder Boring and Surface Milling Machine:Is a machine designed for Engine Reconditioning workshops and engine lining manufacturers range from four cylinder and six cylinder engine blocks. Workhead, main body and table is made of high quality cast-iron. The movement of the work head and table is provided via finely ground “V” slides resistant to weariness. Various boring heads are offered as per the cylinder diameter. Offering the boring head working speed in various options, the features like positioning of the feed provide an extreme quick operation and work apportunity. The rotation of the boring spindle feed, table travel speed of the manually and automatically used machines can be adjusted in variable speeds and digitally. The control panel fixed to the body with a hook provides operation in various angles; and offers a low power supply with an ergonomic working apportunity. Through the spindle put into the boring spindle, the process of centering the product is made practically and mechanically exact.
