ISH 1000 S Semi Automatic Valve Seat Boring Machine: It is designed for the needs of valve renewal workshops in order to process the cylinder valve seats precisely and at the desired angle. The pneumatic operation of the spherical bearing spindle and rotary work clamp foot table enables the workpiece to be centered in series and can be easily moved with the help of pneumatic foot pedal. Automatic centering enables precise centering of the cylinder head. When the automatic centering button on the touch panel is pressed, the system activates all pneumatic components on the head. This allows the pilot shaft to rest comfortably in the valve seat. Then, when the pilot shaft is centered with the housing, the system is terminated by closing the pneumatic components and driving the spindle. Pneumatic locking of the spindle after the centering of the cylinder head also ensures that the work is performed in a precise and correct way. Spherical bearing to the air assisted spindle bearing spindle at every point, right-left, forward-backward from + 5 ° to -5 ° tilting of all angled cylinder covers facilitated the desired angle. Tank to the servo motor connected to the spindle, power loss is prevented even at the lowest speeds and thanks to the inverter system, it is possible to work at the desired speeds and spindle rotation speeds and can be read digitally.
